The selections have been made for the College Sailing Open and Women's Fleet Race National Championships.

The Fleet Race National Championships will be hosted by University of South Florida and the schedule is as follows:

  • Women's Finals: May 17-18, 2026
  • Open Semi-Finals: May 19-20, 2026
  • Open Finals: May 21-22, 2026

Selection Process
Berths to nationals will be selected by a selection committee. These committees are made up of five voting members and one non-voting ICSA competition committee member. The selection committee members cannot be coaches and must disclose any affiliation such as donor, alum, parent, etc. Additionally, the open selection committee must have two women members and the women’s selection committee must have three women members.

The committees are charged with selecting the most competitive field of At-Large Teams for the National Championships. To be eligible, teams must have regional or cross-regional status, and must have competed in at least one ICSA Regatta in the corresponding discipline. Selectors shall consider exemplary performance throughout the season in that discipline. Selectors shall not consider geographic diversity, or a team's record in any discipline in previous years.

Automatic Qualifier (AQ) berths will be awarded to conference champions in the women's team racing and open team racing disciplines, and to the conference champions and runners up in the open and woman's fleet racing disciplines. The remaining berths are awarded to at-large teams chosen via a structured selection process by their respective selection committees.
